WHAT IS A POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT?
A power purchase agreement (PPA), is a long-term agreement between two parties, one generates solar electricity (Solarise Direct) and one which is looking to buy electricity at reduced rates. (Your Business).
For many business owners, outlaying the capital or pay via lease plan is simply not an option, as their precious capital is better invested in other initiatives driving sales.
We deliver a fully funded turn-key solution, including all permits and approvals, design, installation and maintenance of the system for the life of the PPA. Your electricity costs are then known to you for 20 years, with no painful year on year negotiations. The system is insured and guaranteed to work and handed to you at the end of the PPA term.
